How to use the resume builder
- Fill in your details section by section. The preview updates as you type, so you can see how the page fills up.
- Pick a template. Classic suits most roles, Modern suits developers and designers, Minimal and Professional suit experienced candidates, and Fresher puts education and projects first.
- Check the length. Most freshers should aim for one page; if the preview runs over, shorten bullets before reducing the font.
- Use Print / Save as PDF in your browser and choose "Save as PDF" as the destination.
Tips for a stronger resume
- Start each bullet with an action verb and say what changed because of your work, with a number only if it is true.
- Tailor your summary and skills to every job you apply for.
- Do not include skills or projects you could not discuss in an interview.
- Read our guide to writing a fresher resume and the checklist before you send it.
